Owns quality-escalation arbitration, structures the commercial-support and reverse-logistics flows, accountable for pricing and EDI consistency across her scope. Drives reseller satisfaction and the day-to-day application of transfer-pricing mechanics on commercial cases.

Drives the group's digital transformation and ERP integration. Owns product master data, consolidated invoicing flows, and live system-to-system interfaces. Arbitrates structural technical choices, sponsors messaging security, and is accountable for the quality of data flowing between operating entities.

Leads multi-country e-commerce operations and brand visual coordination. Owns cross-channel product master data, product safety data sheets, and the seasonal commercial calendar.
