Chief Executive Officer
A company is never the work of one person. Montandor stands because of a team — operators in Andorra, France and Spain, and the specialists who design our technology in-house. My role is not to do everything; it is to create the conditions for each person to do their part, and to do it well.
I believe in technology that stays governed by people.
We automate a great deal, but we never delegate judgement: human capital remains at the heart of every process, from the customer relationship to the investment decision.
For nearly twenty years alongside the Securit® brand, we have built a patient, demanding distribution, loyal to its partners. A company is judged, in the end, by the way it treats the people who bring it to life — customers, partners and colleagues.

Position within the group
Montandor Andorra S.L.U. is an operating company. Its management carries day-to-day operational responsibility — commercial decisions, commitments, execution on the ground, and the relationship with the parent company, Mountain Capital Group.
The governance structure is deliberately short: few layers between decision and execution. A clear chain of responsibility, a single shareholder, and a ten-year horizon that allows decisions no listed group would make.

The work of the team
The team keeps Montandor running day in, day out. The first thing we owe them is that the work happens with dignity — no invented urgencies, no cyclical reorgs, no promises we don't keep. It's the foundation of everything else.

The relationship with our professional clients
When a café, a restaurant, a hotel, a bar — or a reseller — chooses Securit® for its dining room or its shelves, it is taking a commercial risk on our behalf. What it needs is simple: a product in stock, a lead time it can trust, and a real person who calls back. Not a speech about ourselves. That is the relationship we work to deserve.

The Securit® brand has lasted decades because no one has damaged it through laziness or misplaced ambition. Our role in Europe is to keep serving it with the same rigour as those who carried it before us — material quality, durable design, real availability.
