Wouter Meijboom is CEO of Montandor. He runs the operation end-to-end: strategy, HR, IT, commerce, finance, planning, and the group's digital transformation. His way of operating is simple: see far ahead, see it quickly, then move to execution without waiting. Where others see a stable market, he already sees the next shift — a distribution channel opening up, a technology changing the cost of an operation, a customer behaviour taking the lead. That ability to read opportunities very early has become the signature of his leadership: Montandor adopts early, measures quickly, and industrialises while the rest of the market is just starting to look. Nineteen years with the Securit® brand. Nineteen years of learning, market after market, how an industrial operation is built over the long term. That continuity isn't a biographical detail: it's what lets us drive our partner factories in Asia directly, with no middlemen, hold a stock promise few distributors match, and structure a team across Andorra, France and Spain, extended by a network of operators and specialists in Europe. His management register is direct, fast, and deeply commercial: a reseller who calls gets an answer the same day, a stalled project finds a sponsor within 48 hours, an emerging opportunity is qualified ahead of the competition. Nineteen years with the Securit® brand anchor a long-horizon industrial operation: direct steering of the partner factories in Asia, stock depth, a team split across Andorra, France and Spain, extended by a network of operators and specialists in Europe.

Position within the group

Montandor Andorra S.L.U. is an operating company. Its leadership carries the day-to-day operational responsibility — commercial decisions, commitments, on-the-ground execution, relationship with the parent.

The governance structure is intentionally short. Few layers between decision and execution. A clear chain of responsibility, a single shareholder, and a decade-long horizon that lets us take decisions no listed group would.

The team keeps Montandor running day in, day out. The first thing we owe them is that the work happens with dignity — no invented urgencies, no cyclical reorgs, no promises we don't keep. It's the foundation of everything else.

The relationship with our professional clients

A café, restaurant, hotel, bar — or dealer — that chooses Securit ® for its room or shelf takes a commercial risk in our place. He needs a product in stock, a known delay, and a call-back. Not a speech about ourselves. That's why we operate.

The Securit® brand has lasted decades because no one has damaged it through laziness or misplaced ambition. Our role in Europe is to keep serving it with the same rigour as those who carried it before us — material quality, durable design, real availability.
